Claire O’Callaghan is Founder and Managing Director of Surpass Business Consulting. She has over 27 years of experience spanning the entire value chain --strategic business development, finance, manufacturing, IT, HR, operations, procurement, marketing/sales and customer relationships.

Claire is a recent winner of 'Entrepreneur of the Year' 2008 - Network Ireland - Best New Business category.

Claire and her partner ran their own IT software consultancy business for over 12 years and succesfully sold it lin 2007, to commence her new LEADERSHIP consultancy business. Claire personally grew this business over a 5 year period from 2 people to in excess of 40 in Ireland and 15 in the USA.

Claire has strong business acumen when in comes to strategic and leadership development. She has a demonstrated expertise in working with people, management issues and advanced technologies spanning nearly three decades. Claire is an associate with the Irish Management Institute.
