Surpass Launches Mini MBA
12th December 2009Surpass is delighted to announce the introduction of a new and exciting course - our Mini MBA which is being launched early next year.
Deloitte & Touche our strategic partners are endorsing this programme.
This is a Level 9 programme (24 credits) on the National Framework and is being launched beginning of June 2010.

Master Practitioner in Emotional Intelligence 360
15th April 2009Business Psychologist Claire O'Callaghan has just returned from Toronto having completed her final training with the Multi Health System, 'Mastery in Emotional Intelligence 360o'.
Claire is among a few practitioners qualified in Ireland to deliver both EQ-i and EQ-360o training.
Claire will now roll out EQ-360o training throughout Ireland over the coming months. This training will be held in the K-Club, Straffan, Co. Kildare.

Network Dublin - Entrepreneurial National Awards
13th September 2008Management specialist Claire O'Callaghan will represent Dublin in the 'Best New Business' Category in the National awards in Portlaoise on the 3rd October 2008.
FETAC Approved Centre
2nd November 2008Surpass has become a FETAC approved centre.
The Further Education and Training Awards Council (FETAC) gives people the opportunity to gain recognition for learning in education or training centres, in the work place and in the community. FETAC's functions include:
- making and promoting awards
- validating programmes
- monitoring and ensuring the quality of programmes
- determining standards
Surpass will be running programmes leading to FETAC awards nationwide.
FETAC was set up as a statutory body on 11 June 2001 by the Minister for Education and Science under the Qualifications (Education & Training) Act, 1999. FETAC has responsibility for making awards previously made by BIM, Fáilte Ireland (CERT), FÁS, NCVA and Teagasc and has made over 500,000 awards to date.

8th June 2008Entrepreneur Bill Cullen is to front TV3s version of The Apprentice, the reality TV show.
Bill Cullen will employ the winner of the show as his high-flying personal assistant. The programme is to be sponsored by fast-growing lending firm Blue Cube Loans, in a major €200,000 deal.

Emotional Intelligence World Conference
1st July 2008Claire O'Callaghan represented Ireland at the World Conference in Emotional Intelligence, in Chicago, this week.
Claire's research was on Coping Mechanisms, adopted by people who experienced a loss, (death or separation/divorce) and how it correlates to their Emotional Intelligence.

30th May 2008Surpass Business Consulting has won a skillsnet tender with the Law Society (CPD Focus). Surpass will be running our Emotional Intelligence accreditation course throughout the country for the Law Society.
Irish Management Institute Diploma in Coaching (2008/9)
2nd May 2008The Irish Management Institute (IMI) have signed Surpass Business Consulting again to run the EQ-i Accreditation module on their Diploma in Coaching course schedued to commence September 2008.
The IMI have had great success with this course with 26 delegates this year and over 20 signed up already for next years' course!
Bill Cullen Launches NEW Fingal Business Network
